THE STORY

Wedding at the Premonstratensian Abbey – Pont-à-Mousson

A grandiose setting for a scenography inspired by the forgotten novel

Under the high vaults of the Prémontrés Abbey, this marriage has found an exceptional setting, between architectural monumentality and floral poetry.

The ambiance, designed as a tribute to old libraries and cabinets of curiosities, combined moss, branches, candlesticks, and pages of secondhand books. Each table bore the name of a city dear to the bride and groom, calligraphed on glass and accompanied by a sculptural centerpiece made of wood and tall flowers, evoking the verticality of the space.

The stationery, elegantly placed on old books, gave the decoration a narrative dimension.

One almost expected a character to emerge from the open pages. Outside, the French garden and the majesty of the classical façade provided the backdrop for a photoshoot imbued with gentleness and solemnity.

This wedding illustrates the power of a decor built around a place of character, where every detail reinforces the feeling of immersion and uniqueness.
